Tired of choosing between comfort food and kick?

This Cajun sausage Alfredo is creamy, dreamy, and hits with smoky spice in every forkful. Think classic Alfredo meets Louisiana heat—and it all comes together in one skillet in under 30 minutes. Serve it with bread if you’re trying to share. (But why would you?)

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • 8 oz penne pasta

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

  • Salt, pepper, chopped parsley (optional)

🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, heat oil and butter. Brown sausage slices. Remove.

  2. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning. Stir 1 minute.

  3. Add dry pasta and chicken broth. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 12–15 mins until pasta is tender.

  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.

  5. Return sausage. Mix and heat through.

  6. Garnish with parsley. Eat immediately or hoard it. No wrong choice.
